My 38 week appointment was crappy. I casually mentioned that the baby was moving less and had to go to the hospital for fetal monitoring. The Dr. assured us that it would take 10 minutes and then we’d be out of there.
Well. Turns out he’d sent just about all of his patients to triage and we had to wait over three hours to get checked out! I was sooo pissed, especially since we knew there was nothing wrong. The baby still moves around a lot- just less than it used to.
When I finally got hooked up to the monitor, nurses kept recognizing Sarah and I from her hellish stay. It’s nice to know that we’re memorable!
